At Spa Nirvana a simple dry is included in both of our packages. You will have the option to add on a full service salon dry and style for an additional charge. Please see the Customization Menu to book.

We recommend that you wait a minimum of 1 week before or after any chemical service done to your hair due to the gentle but effective clarification process we use for our treatments. However, please note you may opt out of the chelation treatment if you wish.

It would be ideal to visit before your hair color appointment, as cleansed and nourished scalp and hair ensure better color absorption and more vibrant, long-lasting results.

For optimal scalp health, we typically recommend a treatment every 4 weeks or more often if you wish. However, if you experience issues like dryness, oiliness, or buildup, more frequent treatments may be beneficial until balance is restored.

But ultimately, we just encourage you to come as often as you can. You are worthy of care.

We focus on promoting scalp health and increasing blood circulation, which can stimulate hair follicles t support hair growth so we actually encourage regular appointments for optimal scalp health. Our treatments will not exacerbate thinning, they’re quite beneficial.

And as for those of you out there wondering if you can be bald and still reap the benefits of a head spa session.. yes! you absolutely can!

Due to the nature of head spa services needing unimpeded access to the scalp for hands, tools and rinsing, we do not recommend getting head spa treatments with extensions, (or braids, locs, etc.) The bonds could be affected by our treatments and the steam we use. We do however, highly recommend getting head spa treatments in between extensions and other styles.

Once you enter the private head spa room, video recording will not be permitted unless arranged in advance under special circumstances. You are here to unwind and be uninterrupted so put your phone away.
