Policies

  • Please be considerate of other guests and our business by providing at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason. Cancels with the 24 hours before appointment time may result in a fee, as they impact our small business and our ability to serve others.

  • Bookings are made online only. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Cash payments accepted at time of services rendered.

  • Both eGift cards and physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cards do not expire and can be redeemed for any services or products offered by KC Head Spa.
